Professional recommendations using the homeowner's existing furnishings, including furniture placement, decluttering, organization, and presentation. Additional hands-on styling or travel may be quoted separately.

Excludes add-ons, extensions, and consultations.
Staging terms & extensions
Initial staging term: 30 days. Each additional 14-day period costs 30% of the original staging package price, due when the extension is requested and confirmed. Add-on room extensions, if applicable, are quoted separately.
Payment: 100% of the agreed staging fee must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation. Installation is subject to receipt of payment.
Pricing assumes normal access and standard installation conditions in the Lincoln area. Special delivery, excessive stairs, long-distance travel, or unusual scope may require a written custom quote. Dates and inventory subject to availability.
